For any returns & exchanges confirmation to the brand is a must.
Products must be mailed for return within 7 days after the package received. Means if you receive the package on 1^st, you have to return it by the 7^th, latest.
The item(s) must be in perfect conditions and no defect (unless it was received that way).
Unworn and unwashed, with the secure seal and brand tag still attached.
The product was NOT on sale or discounted, NOT a Pre-Order item and NOT a collaboration product.
We do not issue cash refunds. We only issue refunds in forms of store vouchers. Store vouchers only applied for any purchase(s) at josephineanni.com and can not be redeemed for cash.
Customer can only claim product exchange once for each purchase.
We do not give change in cash nor in vouchers if item's price is lower than the one returned.
All exchanges are subject to availability.

Josephine Anni reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criterias. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system.

Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost or discarded if you do not claim within 7 days after our notification. Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for maximum of 14 days before being discarded.

SHIPPING FEE

In case of product exchange, shipping fee from our customer to our warehouse will be charged to the customer. While the shipping fee from our warehouse to customer will be borne by us.
