- Products must be mailed for return within 7 days after the package received. Means if you receive the package on 1st, you have to return it by the 7th, latest.

- Unworn and unwashed, with the secure seal and brand tag still attached.
- The product was NOT on sale or discounted, NOT a Pre-Order item and NOT a collaboration product.

Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost or discarded if you do not claim within 7 days after our notification. Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for maximum of 14 days before being discarded.
SHIPPING FEE
In case of product exchange, shipping fee from our customer to our warehouse will be charged to the customer. While the shipping fee from our warehouse to customer will be borne by us.
